How do I access my current and past Training information?
You can access your training two different ways. First, on the Clients Only home page under "My Upcoming Training,
User Groups and Meetings" and also under Training > Training At-A-Glance.
You will be able to see recorded credit for Training webinars, Interactive eLearning Course registration and any classroom credited trainings.
Where can I locate billing and payment information for training classes?
Clients will be invoiced for training classes after the session ends. If you need to make other arrangements, please send your request by email to: midas-client-education@symplr.com.
What is Gold Training Partnership?
In addition to having unlimited access to all Live Web-based Training and Self-paced E-learning, you can
send your staff to hands-on training classes throughout the year, for one low price, with no hassles. One annual rate allows your facility to send two people per in person or remote class for as many classes as you like, all year long.
The current class schedules and descriptions are always available in the Training area of the Midas Clients
Only Web Site.

Is there a registration deadline?
You must register for in person classroom-based training at least 3 weeks prior to the class start date.
For remote class training you must register at least 7 days prior to the start of the class.
If you would like to register after the registration closes, contact Solutions Education directly at midas-client-education@symplr.com.
NOTE: This deadline only applies to fee-based class trainings; it does not apply to non-fee virtual or web-based
training!
What are the rules around registering for a fee-based training class?
In person classes require a minimum registrant to confirm the event. If this minimum registration requirement is not met at least three weeks prior to the class start date, the class will be cancelled with no charge to clients. Clients can cancel up to 10 days prior to the class and will be charged a $50 processing fee per attendee. Clients who cancel the registration fewer than 10 days prior to the event will be billed the full charge for the course.
Remote classes require to have at least one registrant to confirm the event. If we have no registrations 7 days prior to the start date the class will be cancelled. Client can cancel up to 7 days prior to the class at no charge. Clients who cancel the registration fewer than 7 days prior to the event will be billed the full charge for the course.
All cancelation and registration information and dates can be viewed when you select the Register prompt in the Class Information Document.
Clients will be invoiced for these class fees after the event.
What are the expectations for attending a training class?
Remote class start times varies, please check the session information in the Class information Document when you select the Register prompt for the session. Session duration will be listed on the class agenda. These sessions require access to Internet Explorer and an audio connection. Each registrant will receive login instructions for this class one week prior to the start date for the class. These classes require full attention to the content and has expected hands on exercises and activity to be completed so we ask that you do not multi-task during these sessions.
In person classes usually start at 8:30am. We offer a training experience that is both casual and professional and we encourage questions and peer interaction throughout the training session. Please turn all cell phones to silent. If you need to take a call during class, please step out to take your call. Class are scheduled to end between 4 pm and 5 pm. Location Information is in the Class information Document when you select the Register prompt for the session.
Clothing/Attire for Midas In Person Events
We do not require you to attend class in business attire. Please feel free to dress comfortably. It is recommended you dress in layers as sometimes the classroom can be very cool.
