MIDAS+ JRepository—Corrective Action Plans
When standards are not met, MIDAS+ JRepository automatically generates Corrective Action Plans to help you achieve compliance.
All Corrective Action Plans are easily accessible within the solution, allow for both responsibility and accountability for plan completion, and
allow you to relate plans to specific elements of performance or other regulatory standards.
You can generate plans from several modules within the solution, including Assessments, Tracers, Events, Emergency Preparedness, and Root Cause
Analysis. You can also generate plans from other areas you define that require mitigation.
Each plan allows you to record progress notes and attach documentation. You can establish specific measures of success, identify a risk reduction
strategy, determine priorities, and retain historical plan information.
MIDAS+ JRepository goes beyond simple mitigation planning. Once you achieve compliance, Tracers help you ensure corrected areas stay compliant.
Features & Benefits
- Observe potential trends in the mitigation process with preserved historical plan information so you can enact proactive measures when necessary
- Ensure problem areas are properly identified by referencing specific details and supporting documentation
- Customize progress notes and related documentation included in each plan
- Manage all Corrective Action Plans centrally, no matter what triggers them

"MIDAS+ JRepository is an easy to use software application that truly helps in organizing and managing The Joint Commission readiness efforts. The really neat thing about this software is that it makes it so easy to get all the teams involved in the process. The beauty of MIDAS+ JRepository is that once the PPR is complete, we will use it on an ongoing basis to manage our corrective action plans and monitor our measures of success."
